I have had a couple people ask me where I bought my mosfet for my Hk416. I picked up the SW-Cheetah mosfet from
Extreme-Fire.com It is by far one of the best purchases I have made!
The hardest part of installing it was getting all three wires under the bevel gear so they wouldn't get munched. Not only did this make the trigger response crazy fast but it made the gun fire more consistently with each shot which in turn makes it a lot more accurate.
I managed to fit this mosfet and a lipo battery in the buffer tube on my HK416.
